If you have 2–3 years of experience in warehousing, shipping & receiving, or inventory control, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and take on more responsibility in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.What You’ll Do:Inventory & Stock ManagementTrack and update stock levels in our inventory systemReceive, check, and record all incoming shipmentsAllocate stock to internal teams and assist with inventory transfers between locationsPerform monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile any differencesShipping & ReceivingReceive and process deliveries to the Data CenterPrepare and dispatch outgoing shipments, ensuring they reach the right location on timeNotify recipients of any shipment delays or shortagesUse our tracking systems to monitor inbound and outbound shipmentsTeam & Customer SupportWork closely with other teams and departments to meet delivery timelinesHelp junior team members with moderately complex orders or issuesCommunicate with vendors and internal customers to coordinate special orders or deliveriesHazardous Materials HandlingStore and handle hazardous materials properly and safely (training provided if needed)Follow all safety procedures and regulationsData Center SupportHelp move and organize equipment in and out of customer cagesAssist with packing equipment for shipping when requestedEquipment & License TrackingOrganize abandoned or stored equipmentMaintain records of equipment and software licenses using internal toolsTrack license usage and help manage renewalsWhat You’ll Need:High school diploma or equivalent2–4 years of experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse operationsComfortable using computers and inventory softwareStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHazardous material handling certification is a plus (or willingness to get certified)Why Join Us?Work in a cutting-edge data center environmentOpportunities to grow and take on more responsibilitySupportive team and ongoing trainingThe United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:• California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $49,000 to $77,000 per yearOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
