Protection Starts with People. Proofpoint.Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Lead to join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on configuration experience in HCM configuration, Recruitment, Security ,data auditing, and report writing to optimize HR systems and processes. Key Responsibilities HCM Configuration: -Serve as the functional lead for Workday HCM and Recruitment. -Review and identify gaps in current Workday Security configuration. Align it to current business needs.-Configure and update Workday Core HCM to align with business objectives. -Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that leverage Workday capabilities. -Support system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and ongoing configuration optimization. -Document system changes, maintain user guides, and provide training as needed. -Ability to prioritize work, troubleshoot and resolve issues, as part of a team or independently. Data Auditing & Quality: -Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external standards. -Identify data discrepancies in employee records, organizational structures, and payroll inputs and work with stakeholders to resolve. -Promote and follow data governance best practices. Report Writing: -Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards using advanced calculated fields and reporting techniques. -Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience Workday configuration experience. • End to End Project implementation experience. • 3+ years of experience developing custom Workday reports and advanced calculated fields. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR, IT, Payroll, and external stakeholders.
