You are always looking for ways to streamline compliance processes and outcomes. This role will be accountable to overseeing the Technology SOX Compliance Program. Specifically responsible for working with both Internal and External Audit in supporting the company's compliance with our IT General Controls. Will also have other compliance-related support responsibilities (i.e. PCI, Cyber Essentials). Your Next Challenge: You will oversee the organization’s compliance-related activities associated with IT General Controls (ITGCs) that support our SOX compliance program. You will also provide leadership and support for our PCI compliance program and the ongoing work needed to support. This role ensures the organization meets its legal and regulatory requirements by managing and coordinating compliance activities across a diverse set of teams and stakeholders. You will support the User Access Review process, including overseeing the generation of reviews for systems in-scope for SOX compliance, assigning responsibilities to team members, and monitoring review progress to ensure completion by required deadlines. Additional responsibilities include supporting other ITGC activities, such as identifying and establishing appropriate controls, conducting regular reviews, engaging with control owners/operators to assess control relevance and effectiveness, and collaborating with auditors to represent processes. You will also partner with Internal Audit regarding the audit of these controls. This position involves working closely with Internal Audit, technology leadership, and control owners and operators across multiple technology teams and business units. As a key leader within the IT Compliance team, this role is critical in supporting our IT and PCI compliance programs and ensuring ongoing adherence to regulatory standards. Other duties as required You'll Need: 5-10 years of experience in professional-level technology or audit role and 3+ years leading IT audit functions, with a strong background in compliance and audit activities $120,000 - $150,000 a year The starting salary range for this position at the time of posting is USD $120,000 to USD $150,000 per annum. Actual compensation will depend on factors including but not limited to: qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, certification, business needs, performance, and level of responsibility along with the requirements of the position.
