As a leader in travel and expense solutions, we are creating a future where technology drives business value and inspires extraordinary results.  We’re looking for a self-sufficient, highly capable IT Support Specialist with deep Apple Mac expertise to join our Barcelona office. This person will run point on all local IT needs—supporting our team, managing inventory, leading projects, and elevating the employee tech experience. What you will do : Technical Support Deliver high-level support for Apple Mac devices and related hardware Troubleshoot login, network, and VoIP issues Maintain and repair office tech equipment—or manage replacements as needed Onboarding & Offboarding Own the technical side of employee onboarding and offboarding Set up new hires with devices and access; image and ship Macs Deactivate accounts and coordinate hardware returns for departing team members Inventory Management Track, manage, and maintain all local IT equipment Ensure devices are available, functional, and up to date Projects & Mentorship Lead and execute IT projects that improve processes and infrastructure Support global initiatives in partnership with the broader IT team Mentor junior team members and run the IT segment of our HR orientation System Maintenance Test new tools and stay current on IT security practices Perform regular maintenance and keep documentation up to date What you will bring : 4+ years of hands-on technical support experience, with a Mac-heavy focus Exceptional communication skills—able to explain complex things simply A calm, helpful approach to solving people’s tech challenges A self-starter mindset—you’re comfortable running independently and making smart decisions Strong troubleshooting, organization, and time-management skills Inventory system experience (you know what’s in stock and where it is) A passion for technology and the curiosity to keep learning Leadership chops—you're someone others naturally turn to for guidance Bonus if you’ve used : Google Admin Console, Okta, Slack, Jira/Confluence, CrowdStrike, Netskope, JumpCloud (UEM), Kandji (MDM for Macs), Microsoft Entra ID(Azure), Office 365 Why Emburse?
