We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help position our special education platform as a market leader. In this role, you’ll build the stories, programs, and campaigns that drive awareness, generate demand, and accelerate sales. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — from Product to Sales to Customer Success — and have the chance to make a meaningful impact on students, educators, and administrators every day.
You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing, operate as a highly valued individual contributor (no direct reports), and help shape how our company shows up in the market.
Primary Responsibilities
Craft Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated product messaging that resonates with district leaders, administrators, and educators.
Lead Go-To-Market: Own product launch communications internally, develop go-to-market plans, and partner with Product and Sales on GTM execution.
Generate Demand: Build multi-channel marketing campaigns that fuel customer acquisition, sales pipeline, and revenue growth.
Create High-Impact Content: Develop sales collateral, website copy, webinars, case studies, nurture emails, product one-pagers, and more.
Conduct Market Research: Analyze the competitive landscape, customer feedback, and market trends to inform positioning and strategy.
Enable Sales: Build sales tools, battlecards, and training materials to empower our revenue teams to close deals.
Drive Adoption: Create strategies and communication plans that help drive platform and feature adoption with key user groups.
Manage Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives and execute marketing programs on-time and on-budget.
Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Demand Generation, or related roles — ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B technology.
Proven success building and executing marketing plans that drive measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Exceptional written and verbal communicator — strong storyteller who can simplify complex ideas.
Highly organized project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for education, student success, and making a real impact.
Bonus points for: Experience marketing to K-12 education buyers and familiarity with special education solutions.

An employee’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
Salary range is $115,000.00-$125,000.00

Presence is headquartered in New York City, with our clients located throughout the U.S.
This position reports directly to the Director of Performance and Growth Marketing
This is a remote work role for individuals based within the U.S.
All employees commit to be available on-camera for our Core Working Hours noon-5 pm EST M-F.
Standard business operating hours are 9 am-6 pm in the employees' respective time zone
