The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role:A strategic role focused on managing and growing CrowdStrike's MSSP partner renewals across Europe, ensuring high retention rates and identifying expansion opportunities within the existing MSSP partner base.What You'll Do:Drive renewal strategy and execution for assigned MSSP partners portfolioProactively manage renewal pipelines and forecast accuracyCollaborate with MSSP Partners to ensure timely contract renewalsIdentify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsMonitor and analyze partner usage, adoption, and satisfaction metricsWork closely with Sales, Partner Success, and Customer Success teamsWhat You'll Need:3+ years of experience in software/SaaS renewals, preferably in cybersecurityProven track record of managing enterprise-level partnershipsStrong understanding of MSSP business models and security landscapeExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellence in relationship managementStrategic thinking and business acumenProject management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBonus Points:Experience with CrowdStrike products and servicesKnowledge of European market dynamics and business practicesPrevious experience working with MSSPs or channel partnersFamiliarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Location:Remote (Reading, Barcelona).
