You’ll partner with Tier 1 manufacturing customers to design future-state processes, aligning them with Blue Yonder (BY) solutions, and lead transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, profitability, and innovation for our customers. This role requires a strong foundation in manufacturing planning processes and insights, and with practical knowledge of architecting process and solutions for prominent high-tier customers. You will bring value to Blue Yonder customers by ensuring alignment between the customer’s processes, people and BY solutions.What you’ll doAct as a trusted advisor and industry expert, advising clients on best practices in supply chain and manufacturingLead customer workshops and drive transformation blueprints to optimize supply chain processes and deploy BY solutions for customersChampion thought leadership through industry insights, presentations, and eventsDefine transformation roadmaps and drive software adoptionBuild lasting relationships with C-level executives, guiding them through complex change programsExecute Organizational Change Management initiatives for customersCollaborate with various stakeholders including BY Senior Architects, customer/partner consultants, Change Team, BY Sales team, BY Cloud and Product Teams to ensure the intended business objectives and value can be realizedWhat we are looking for15+ years in supply chain consulting or leadership, with Tier 1 manufacturing experience across multiple industriesDeep knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing supply chains and industry trendsProven success in process design, change management, and supply chain solution deploymentExceptional facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving capabilitiesHaving exposure to usage of AI/ML to solve supply chain problems, is desirableEducation: Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience consideredYou areCollaborative, proactive, and outcome drivenSkilled at navigating complexity and delivering transformationOpen to embracing new technologies including usage of AI/ML to solve customer problems*LI-AD1#LI-remote-------------------------------------------The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
