Back to jobs New Senior Director, FP&A New York, New York, United States Apply CLEAR is looking for a Senior Director, FP&A to join our Corporate Finance team. You will be a key leader in CLEAR’s financial close, forecasting and budgeting processes. This position reports to CLEAR’s VP Finance.
What you'll do:
Support monthly and quarterly close processes in partnership with Accounting
Own CLEAR’s forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes
Identify opportunities to improve reporting and streamline planning
Support key strategic projects including org planning and cost optimization
Lead and mentor a team for best-in-class practices and career development
How you’ll measure success:
Ability to deliver accurate and timely close processes
Continue to mature the organization’s forecasting processes and accuracy
Ability to foster strong cross-functional partnerships with departmental leads to optimize spend
Reduce manual reporting and drive automation improvements
What you’re great at:
10+ years of experience in corporate finance / FP&A
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and exhibit flexibility
Exceptional Excel / financial modeling skills
Detail oriented and intellectually curious
Advanced PowerPoint and executive level presentation skills
Working knowledge of NetSuite / Oracle Planning and business intelligence tools (Looker) a plus, but not required
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask

The base salary range for this role is $210,000-$260,000 depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
