We are now looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join NVIDIA APAC staffing team based in Taiwan. As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will play a key role in working with our hiring leaders in Hardware and Software Engineering functions across the company to develop technical recruiting strategies that will identify and attract brilliant talent to our team. If you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!What you’ll be doing:As a Senior Recruiter you will play a key role in working with our hiring leaders in assigned functions across the company to develop recruiting strategies that will identify and attract brilliant talent to our team. You will be constantly challenged to think creatively about how to drive hiring resultsProvide innovative approaches to help drive NVIDIA's hiring process and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience that provide solutions to meet business needs.Own the candidate recruiting lifecycleBuild and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipelineReport on recruitment activitiesDrive recruiting initiatives and projects that enhance efficiency, quality of hire, or process improvements across the teamProvide guidance and support to junior recruiters as needed to drive initiatives and ensure smooth daily operationsWhat we need to see:8 plus years in-house technical recruiting experience with proven experience and passion for the overall hiring manager and candidate experience, hiring top talent and providing staffing solutions with experience in HW/SW, AI, Deep Learning, or other engineering functionsPrevious experience supervising or mentoring recruiters/sourcers is requiredDemonstrated ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders and partnersExperience project handling recruiting projects, multiple searches and clientsStrong collaboration skills with ability to gain trust and inspire your hiring partners and teamOutstanding oral and written communication skillsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceGood command of written and oral EnglishWays to stand out from the crowd:Workday ATS / Eightfold experience a plusProficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)#LI-Hybrid
