In this role, you'll play a key part in helping our customers achieve long-term success by driving adoption and aligning Autodesk’s solutions with their business goals.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on both our customers’ success and Autodesk’s growth.At Autodesk, Customer Success is built on empathy and trust. Our culture is rooted in putting the Customer First.As the main point of contact for Autodesk within EBA accounts, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) manages the post-sale relationship, ensures a smooth onboarding, and coordinates support efforts to maximize the value our customers receive from Autodesk solutions.ResponsibilitiesAccelerate adoption of Autodesk solutions by prioritizing high-impact projects with measurable ROIDefine success metrics and build alignment across customer organizationsDevelop and maintain strategic roadmaps for a portfolio of named EBA accounts to drive broad adoptionCollaborate with internal subject matter experts to solve customer challenges using Autodesk and 3rd-party solutionsAct as a trusted advisor by sharing insights, listening deeply, and aligning Autodesk capabilities to customer needsCreate and maintain key account documentation such as business reviews, proposals, and strategic recommendationsFoster strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at all levels, from end users to executivesOwn post-sale account strategy and partner with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams to support account growthMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)Strong empathy, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine desire to see customers succeedSelf-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed expectationsEagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improveSkilled at influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus buildingSolid understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue/subscription modelsStrong financial and analytical skills with a process-oriented approachConfident communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling skillsFluent in English and additional European language#LI-EL1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
