Job Requisition ID #25WD88326Position OverviewThe Manager, Construction GTM Operations will be responsible for driving execution of the initiatives that evolve the construction offering portfolio. This person will play a critical role in collaborating with marketing, sales and customer success teams to ensure the successful delivery of updates to the portfolio while ensuring the continuation of great experiences for customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical and motivated, bringing a strategic mindset to helping customers and internal teams adapt to change. A strong ability to manage through influence and collaborate nimbly across multiple teams are keys to success in this role.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with marketing, sales and customer success teams to update existing processes, and develop and execute enablement and communication plans as a critical element of successful delivery of licensing, packaging and pricing initiativesDevelop a framework in coordination with communications and enablement teams for ongoing refresh of insights for internal teams on licensing, packaging, price models and pricingManage the overall program to retire legacy products, coordinating updates from across the GTM Strategy team and others, and directly managing the development and execution of customer transition programs in coordination with the customer success team, supported by the sales and marketing teamsLead the customer experience workstream for the construction business as part of the M&A integration process for any in-flight or future construction acquisitionsHelp define key KPIs that drive insight into the construction offering portfolio and specific licensing and packaging initiativesMinimum Qualifications5+ years’ experience, including significant experience in business model management in SaaS companiesKnowledge of the construction industry landscape, including company types, project types, and geographic differencesKnowledge of SaaS business model and go-to-market approachesExperience with a range of business analysis effortsOutstanding ability to drive executionStrong cross-team collaboration skills and an ability to facilitate and lead initiatives in a matrixed environment, from beginning to completionExcellent presentation and written skills with ability to correspond at multiple levels of managementCollaborative and influential with top management to keep abreast of plans and strategies impacting their functionAbout Autodesk Construction SolutionsAutodesk has fully reimagined the construction business for the digital age, enabling companies to address the most important challenges they face today while preparing for new ways of working in the future. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
