The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of facility infrastructure maintenance, vendor management, and electrical systems operations. They must be computer-savvy, proficient in Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, and capable of overseeing and managing complex electrical projects.ResponsibilitiesFacility / Infrastructure MaintenancePerform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility components with a focus on critical infrastructureConduct complex electrical repairs, installations, and inspections to maintain facility efficiencyOversee energy efficiency initiatives and identify opportunities for improvementMonitor and resolve Building Monitoring System (BMS) alarms, applying judgment to troubleshoot system issuesOperate and maintain plumbing, fire suppression, and safety systems with an understanding of facility-wide protocolsSupervise and support critical infrastructure operations, ensuring optimal functionalityVendor Management & OversightApprove and oversee vendor maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with standard operating proceduresCollaborate with vendors to update technical files and ensure facility builds remain currentReview and validate the work completed by external service providersSite Administration & Incident ResponseMaintain detailed site logs for permits, including Maintenance Operation Protocol (MOPs) and documentationIdentify Single Points of Failure (SPOFs) and recommend mitigation strategiesRespond to electrical and facility incidents, resolving complex issues and minimizing downtimeFollow structured operating procedures to support on-site administration and troubleshootingProject Management & OperationsOversee electrical infrastructure projects from planning to completionExecute circuit installations and ensure quality controlSupport maintenance and troubleshooting of auxiliary equipment and facility technologyLead or support minor modifications to mechanical, electrical, and specialized systems as neededCollaboration & Team LeadershipWork alongside facility teams to resolve infrastructure challenges efficientlyMentor junior staff on facility maintenance best practicesAssess and communicate inventory needs to maintain stock levels of critical parts and equipmentRecommend infrastructure upgrades and process improvementsQualificationsLicensed Electrician Journeyman with project management experience in critical facilities preferredStrong understanding of electrical infrastructure maintenance and vendor coordinationProficiency in operating software: Excel, Teams, SharePointPMP Certification preferred but not requiredMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar roleHands-on expertise in facility operations, not just cable pullingThe United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:• California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $67,000 to $101,000 per yearOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
