Job Requisition ID #25WD89830Position OverviewExciting opportunity to help Autodesk catapult email marketing and customer nurturing to the state-of-the-art. The Senior Campaign Manager, Global Campaign Management, AMER will plan and execute marketing programs that generate increased demand and drive marketing sourced pipeline and closed ACV, including establishing email nurturing strategies and prioritized execution roadmaps across industries.ResponsibilitiesAssess existing tactics and their effectivenessIdentify customer journeys and gaps to be addressedAlign with industry and other campaign marketers about opportunities to drive innovation and improved results, especially in email marketing and nurturesEffectively prioritize time and resources in developing a program roadmapEstablish benchmarks and targets for program tacticsSocialize plans across industries and geo teamsIdentify pilots and A/B tests to validate program plans for email and nurturing projectsExecute efficiently with minimal oversightWork with appropriate dashboards and optimization team involvement to monitor and evaluate program tactic effectiveness and relative return on effort and/or investmentParticipate in innovation oriented best practices sessionsShare updates broadly across geos and industry teams for feedback and refinementAssist Global Campaigns Center of Excellence in standardization of tactics and/or programs that are decided to be scaledMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in marketing campaign development or execution, including expertise in email marketing, and data analysis and reportingFamiliarity with marketing automation and customer data platforms (MAP/CDP)Ability to learn the basics of Autodesk solutions across multiple industries, and articulate moments that matter in customer journeys<10% travel requiredPreferred QualificationsAn email marketing expert with an eye towards the next frontier for customer nurturing with new AI technologiesAbility to communicate effectively equally with teams responsible for content and campaign development; campaign execution and optimization; martech and process delivery; and reporting and analyticsDemonstrate knowledge and expertise in making recommendations to key stakeholders and leadershipsCapacity to work in a fast-paced environment and lead the way instead of expecting perfect information and direction from othersIdeal CandidateIs self-directed and motivated to drive excellent customer activations that deliver business impactHas a customer journey mindset and a hunger to identify and address gaps in the customer experienceBrings a proven history of improving the customer nurture process and a hunger for discovering "what's next?"#LI-KM1 Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $112,600 and $182,160. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
