In this dynamic role, you’ll provide expert installation, technical support, and software services across the customer journey—from pre-sales to post-sales and service delivery. You’ll work with enterprise-level clients, solve complex challenges, and help shape the future of service excellence.What You’ll DoChampion the Customer Experience: Guide customers through installation processes, provide site-specific insights, and ensure seamless onboarding.Resolve with Impact: Tackle technical and relationship challenges with urgency and professionalism, escalating when necessary.Deliver Tailored Solutions: Support large and complex accounts with customized software and service delivery strategies.Lead Onsite Support: Provide hands-on assistance for break-fix issues, mentor third-party providers, and manage escalations.Proactively Prevent Issues: Use monitoring tools and data insights to anticipate problems and enhance service outcomes.Drive Technical Excellence: Apply deep technical knowledge to resolve advanced issues and recommend innovative improvements.Mentor & Collaborate: Support team development, coordinate departmental efforts, and foster strong cross-functional relationships.Improve Continuously: Identify process gaps, recommend enhancements, and ensure compliance with business controls and safety standards.Install & Educate: Set up new equipment at customer sites and provide hands-on training to ensure users are confident and capable in operating their systems.Embrace Teamwork: Thrive in a team-oriented environment where collaboration, communication, and a shared mindset are essential to success.Apply Technical Expertise: Leverage your background in electrical systems, hardware installation, and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues and ensure optimal equipment performance.What You BringEducation & Experience:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.6–8 years of relevant experience in customer support, field service, or technical roles—preferably with HP products or enterprise systems.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge in areas such as electronics, electromechanics, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and technical support.Familiarity with automation tools, test equipment, operating systems, and field service management platforms.Soft Skills:Effective communicator with a customer-first mindset.Results-driven, agile learner, and digitally fluent.Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.Why HP?At HP, we’re reinventing the way people work and live.
