About The Revenue Team
The Revenue team at Life360 is a multidisciplinary group responsible for driving growth by expanding our subscriber base, increasing engagement, and identifying new high-value opportunities.
We sit at the intersection of product innovation, commercial strategy, and operational excellence. We seek bold thinkers, clear communicators, and commercially minded operators who can help us launch and scale new revenue streams.
About the Job
We’re seeking a Senior Director of Product to unlock a new growth vertical focused on Aging Parents. This role is a unique hybrid: part product visionary and part commercial leader. You will own the end-to-end strategy for identifying, validating, and building services for families who care for their aging parents, a market ripe for innovation and mission alignment.
This is more than a product role. You will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new users, increasing engagement, and generating meaningful revenue from this new segment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support, while ensuring alignment with the senior management team.
This role is a rare opportunity to lead a highly visible strategic initiative for Life360, with meaningful autonomy, executive sponsorship, and societal impact. You’ll shape a new business from the ground up, help families take care of the people who once took care of them, and unlock the next wave of growth for one of the most beloved consumer safety brands in the world.
The US-based salary range for this position is $229,500 to $337,500. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary; therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

Cross-functional Leadership
Lead a cross-functional team that includes a mix of dedicated and matrixed resources across the organization.
Represent the vertical in executive meetings, business reviews, and board-level discussions.

10+ years in product management with a track record of leading 0→1 initiatives.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
