As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the BIM360 administration tools. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' needs.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Ruby on Rails applications for the BIM360 Admin platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugsHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automationMentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s technical growthStay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of professional experience in software developmentExtensive experience with Ruby on Rails and modern web development frameworksStrong understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databasesProficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GitFamiliarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practicesStrong DevOps skills, including experience with infrastructure as code and automation toolsSolid knowledge of AWS and cloud servicesExceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent written and spoken English#LI-DPLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
