Job Requisition ID #25WD90141Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our Enterprise Systems and Applications Engineering (ESE) team at Autodesk, Bangalore (Hybrid). This role is pivotal in leading our cloud operations, ensuring infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will drive best practices in automation, cost optimization, and team leadership while working cross-functionally to support business-critical applications and services.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution for cloud infrastructure-related issuesOversee cloud provisioning, auto-scaling, and decommissioning using modern automation toolsManage and mentor a Cloud Operations team, driving excellence in cloud and infrastructure practicesArchitect and implement multi-cloud strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP platformsChampion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CloudFormationOwn and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent toolsCollaborate with application, security, and platform teams to align infrastructure with product and compliance needsDefine and enforce best practices in monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident responseDrive cloud cost optimization strategies and enforce governance across environmentsAutomate operational tasks to move toward zero-touch operationsLead efforts in disaster recovery, high availability, and performance tuningDesign and implement automated patching and OS maintenance workflows using tools like AWS SSM or Azure Update ManagementPartner closely with internal teams including Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Management, and Application Services for operational supportContinuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies for business alignment and adoption Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field12+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in Cloud and leadership rolesStrong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud PlatformDeep expertise in DevOps tooling: Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Docker, KubernetesProficient in networking, cloud security best practices, IAM, and compliance frameworksExperience in Agile/Scrum environments and product-oriented teamsProven leadership in scaling DevOps teams, infrastructure strategies, and processesPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related disciplinesCertifications in AWS (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer), Azure, or GCP.Experience with FinOps tools and implementing cost governance modelsFamiliarity with modern observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or New RelicExperience implementing security controls aligned with ISO 27001, SOC2, or HIPAAKnowledge of platform engineering and building internal developer platforms#LI-KS2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
