Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.What you'll be doing:The PCB NPI engineer will work alongside with R&D HW, lead the PCB development during NPI stage (from OPERATION perspective)Work with NVIDIA partners worldwide to establish a supply chain incorporating business, manufacturing, technology, Engineering, quality, and additional aspects to assure design acceptance and manufacturabilityIdentify critical-paths, bottlenecks and implement risk management methodologies.Define and lead execution to ensure delivery on schedule according to SOW and budgetPave the way for NPI Production transition: Active participation from very early pre-design stages, highlighting needed operational related aspects while defining the infrastructure for the future transfer to production stage.Develop an in-depth understanding of the PCB vendor’s manufacturing capabilities and influence current and future product qualifications and loading decisionsDevelop and implement project management methodologies and processes to improve tracking, visibility, execution, and day-to-day efficiencyReport program status to senior managementYou will own PCB demand and capacity commitments for multiple products by planning, scheduling, and monitoringCollaborating with capacity planning, influencing downstream capacity investment needed.Working closely with the supply chain management to identify and resolve bottlenecksAnalyze planning strategies and priority trade-offs with business units to optimize supply to meet customer demand and revenue targetsLead continuous improvement efforts in support of interpersonal strategiesWhat we need to see: B.Sc. in Industrial engineering or equivalent experienceStrong engineering background with business and operations proficiency5+ years of proven experience in leading complex, highly technology-intensive projects (PCB – advantage)Mastering as data analyst with BI knowledge - advantage!Sharp thinking, attention to details, and outstanding decision-making abilitiesIndependent and proactive approach – being able to own a task but also to deep dive into the relevant details surrounding itPerforms well in an intensive environment - Working hour flexibility (working with global parties)Ability to manage schedule and meet deadlinesMultitasking, good interpersonal skills and a team playerProficient English – reading, writing, and speakingWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience as buyer or vendor management (Advantage)Vast experience with PCBs, suppliers, and global marketERP system proficiency, preferably with SAPKnowledge in BI & AgileExperience with Anaplan or other capacity modeling/database softwareNVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
