Switzerland Payroll ExpertDescription -HP is looking for an experimented, motivated, and energetic Switzerland Payroll Expert located in Wroclaw, with in depth local legal knowledge and expertise in SAP or ADP GlobalView Payroll system and ideally German speaking.If you are fast-paced, detail-oriented, and love numbers with several years of experience in Swiss Payroll – We welcome you to apply!Responsibilities:Responsible for delivering accurate and on-time monthly payroll for HP Switzerland employees in compliance with local legal and company policies.Legal watch.Drive and validate payroll system configuration evolution as new company policies or programs are being deployed.Ensure end to end processes are properly defined and executed.Driving any issue resolution to achieve desired results.Interact directly with local authorities for payroll-related matters.Lead for the tax and social security audits.Act as a trusted partner with our key local and global partners, in particular HR and controllership and our ADP vendor.Seeking continuous process improvement & automation, prioritize, present to management and drive enhancement.Requirements:First level university degree with a focus in business, economics or HR recommended.
