Latin America Payroll ManagerDescription -Position Summary:We are seeking an experience Payroll Manager to lead and oversee payroll operations across Latin America, with an emphasis on Mexico Payroll. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing using a mix of ADP GlobalView and ADP Streamline products. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Mexican payroll legislation, experience managing multi-country payrolls, and a strong command of ADP GlobalView’s capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end payroll operations for Mexico and support broader LATAM payroll activities including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, and Peru.Manage payroll processing cycles, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end activities, ensuring compliance with local tax and labor regulations.Serve as the primary liaison with ADP for payroll configuration, issue resolution, and system enhancements.Maintain and update payroll procedure manuals and business process documentation.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of payroll data.Oversee audits, reconciliations, and internal controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.Support implementation and testing of system updates, configuration changes, and new country rollouts within ADP GlobalView and ADP Streamline.Mentor and develop payroll analysts and coordinators across the LATAM region.Qualifications:Required:5+ years of experience in payroll management, with at least 3 years focused on Mexico.Strong working knowledge of ADP GlobalView and Workday HCM systems.Deep understanding of Mexican payroll legislation, tax, and social security regulations.Proven experience managing payroll operations across multiple LATAM countries.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Fluent in English and Spanish.Preferred:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field.Experience with year-end processing and statutory reporting in Mexico.CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.Familiarity with data privacy and security protocols in payroll systems.Job -FinanceSchedule -Full timeShift -First Shift (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) - HP, Inc. provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and prospective employees, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or status as a protected veteran, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic predisposition or carrier status, uniformed service status, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable national, federal, state, and local law(s).Please be assured that you will not be subject to any adverse treatment if you choose to disclose the information requested.
