The primary focus for this role is to assist with the planning and onsite execution for our various Cork events throughout the year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for logistics, storytelling, and delivering memorable experiences that connect and inspire our employees.Key Responsibilities:Assist with any onsite logistics for campus events, including room setup, vendor check-in management, and attendee tracking. Serve as an additional point of contact during onsite events, helping to ensure smooth operations and positive attendee experiencesAssist the team in creating and organizing any event materials, signage, and promotional items for office initiatives.Assist with planning, promotion and onsite logistics for employee volunteering activities for the office.Assist with office-specific inventory management, supply organization, shipping requests, and any other basic administrative tasks as needed to support the team.Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or Event Management.Strong project management, time management, and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication with a flair for tone and storytelling Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPointAvailability to work onsite in Cork with occasional evening events as neededComfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a service mindset and a passion for creating engaging experiencesCandidate Profile:You have the ability and interest to work remote part-time (a maximum of 20 hours/week) or in our Cork office on a hybrid schedule.
