Job Requisition ID #25WD89952Position OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders within our Legal, Government Affairs, and Public Policy team. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner, providing high-level administrative support, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering strong team collaboration.You’ll bring a keen sense of discretion, a bias for action, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. We're looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented and reliable but who also brings curiosity and the confidence to suggest improvements and enhance how we work together. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $73,400 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
