You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts and identifying areas for providing additional value to existing accounts. Additionally, you will orchestrate sales through channel partners and resellers. You will report to the Director of Inside Sales.Our supportive, success-driven sales culture offers excellent career development and compensation opportunities based on performance, ongoing training, collaborative team selling, great sales tools, and a commitment to fun, respect, and integrity.This is a hybrid position based in San Jose, Costa Rica.ResponsibilitiesB2B territory sales with a focus on prospecting and selling complex software products and services to new small and medium-sized business (SMB) and Enterprise customers, thereby generating net new revenue while growing existing revenueUnderstand the prospect's needs and market solutions that align with those needsUncover and understand customer requirements to recommend and sell Autodesk products or industry solutionsPromote and educate both customers and channel partners on selling software as a service in a subscription-based software license modelProvide the best customer experienceExpand opportunities and increase average deal sizes by up-selling add-ons and cross-selling a proven and customer-loved portfolio of Autodesk productsPresent accurate sales forecasts and achieve sales targetsAccount planning (including account profiling, account positioning strategy, customer needs analysis, business justifications, sales opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long-range account management strategies)Minimum QualificationsAt least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growthCollege/University Bachelor's degreeQuota-carrying sales experience selling complex technology solutions, particularly in SaaSPrevious B2B sales experience selling to SMB or Enterprise accountsProven experience using SalesforceDemonstrated success in a structured, disciplined sales environment that includes strategic and collaborative/team sellingExperience selling through channel partnersExperience forecasting and reporting on territory/account activityRelentless focus on learning our industries to consistently exceed sales targetsRequired Languages: Spanish and EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience in the software industry, particularly with Autodesk productsFamiliarity with digital design and manufacturing solutionsKnowledge of subscription-based sales models and SaaS platformsStrong network and relationships within Enterprise sectorsAdditional certification in sales or related fieldsExperience with advanced sales tools and techniquesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProven ability to mentor and train junior sales team membersPortuguese fluent preferredLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
