Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the development of a Customer 360 dashboard, a strategic analytics product designed to unify customer data across systems into a single, comprehensive, actionable view. This dashboard will serve as a critical tool for sales teams, revenue operations, customer success managers, and senior leadership to gain holistic insights into the customer journey. The ideal candidate has successfully built and scaled similar customer intelligence in a technology company.
