Job Requisition ID #25WD85669Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join Autodesk's Offer to Order Domain with specific focus on our Configure, Price Quote solution. The Offer to order domain is part of the Growth Experience Technology (GET) team, which ideates, plans, builds, and operates Autodesk's enterprise foundation. We build platforms that help our employees and partners drive value for our customers. Also, we are transforming our culture and embracing a product-led mindset while focusing on engineering best practices.In this role, you will help shape the future of how we digitally engage with our channel partners, sales and customer success teams. You will focus on building robust and user-friendly "opportunity-to-quote-to-order" capabilities. These capabilities are central to the daily operations of our internal sales and customer success teams, as well as our third-party solution providers and partners, enabling them to sell and support Autodesk products for our customers. You will work with Senior Product Managers in North America and Asia to define, prioritize, and implement high-value capabilities. You may act as a conduit between partners, internal stakeholders, and the engineering teams that build our solutions. This position demands a balance of technical knowledge, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to manage the product backlog, roadmap, and capability delivery, ensuring alignment with Autodesk's strategic objectives.ResponsibilitiesIn partnership with Senior Product Managers, develop the product strategy and roadmap for the Offer to Order product domain and specifically the Autodesk CPQ (Configure, Price Quote) platform aligning with the company vision and objectivesCollaborate with team members to gather insights and identify user pain points, needs, and opportunitiesCollaborate with experience design and UX teams to ensure intuitive and user-friendly integrations and interactions that enhance the user experience and align with a target partner and customer journeyLeverage data, research and a robust feedback loop to conduct product discovery and define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business impactCreate detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development and ensure agreement on user needsCollaborate with the architecture team to provide scalable and stable solutions that align with enterprise architecture principlesWork with engineering teams to lead the successful implementation and delivery of partner-facing products and featuresMonitor main product metrics and analyze data to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisionsPromote and support channel partner adoption of CPQ platform continuously improving to build best practices for partner and sales agent experienceUse Lean/Agile methods to deliver value through working softwarePromote platform thinking, CI/CD automation, robust, scalable, secure and performant solutionsMaintain an understanding of Autodesk’s CRM, Finance, and Commerce systems and their integration with APIsCollaborate with various business units to enhance both internal and partner experiencesEnsure and/or conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new featuresAssist support teams to review or troubleshoot user challenges or data quality issues to identify improvement opportunitiesMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for adoption, usage, and performance to drive continuous improvementMinimum QualificationsUnderstanding of CPQ tools (preferably with Salesforce CPQ and/or other 3rd party Purchase Order to Collect CRM) processes with a focus on high volume external integration for opportunities, quotes, orders and invoicesAdvanced experience with Sales team operations, User Experience using sales tools and the complexities of highly integrated enterprise systemsBasic data analysis skills for querying API logs, S/4 order data and Salesforce CRM data and evaluating feature effectiveness3 - 5 years of Product Management experience, having shipped multiple scalable productsAbility to work globally while being sensitive to localized user needs and time zones, including regular collaboration with stakeholders and team members across the US, Singapore, India, and occasionally EuropeProven success in lean engineering and Agile software developmentAbility to translate customer needs into actionable product vision and requirementsExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to gather, analyze and use data to make decisions, understand relevant business problems, justify and support prioritization and ensure effective solutionsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
