At the same time, we are dedicated to building a strong foundation and driving the business forward.Join a team dedicated to developing and testing these cutting-edge application platforms and services for the next wave of both HP customer solutions and internal engineering efficienciesThis position will drive and work closely with other software application engineers, architects, technology leads and directly engage with internal and external software development teams to develop reliable, cost-effective solutions.Responsibilities:Owns individual contributions to software applications development projects; meets project deliverables by collaborating with engineering, sales, and customer services departmentsAllocates resources to complete programming projects, and designing detailed plans to ensure applications are functioning properlyDesigns enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of end-user applications software running on local, networked, and Internet- based platformsCollaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding software applications design status, project progress, and issue resolutionProviding direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises expertise and judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.Providing direction to team activities, outcomes and facilitates information validation.Knowledge & Skills:Ability to develop and shares best practices that emphasize accessibility, performance, and reusability while creating reusable UI controls and layouts.Designing software applications running on multiple platform types which includes Figma Ui componentsSoftware applications testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and toolsAbility to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levelsProgramming knowledge of Javascript and typescript as well as C#Experience building web UI components using React.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence. Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in software designing & development, software architecture, programming languages, or a related field.The base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $212650 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
