Job Title: Sr Technical Architect Overview:Core responsibilities focus your efforts as the lead technical consultant for Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems solution (TMS) implementations for customers across the Americas region.In this role, you will design best-in-class solutions using a suite of products in the Warehouse Management space, as well as being on the leading edge with our latest product innovations.You will be the technical liaison across of key stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution.What you’ll doDrive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management software solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologiesApply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how the Blue Yonder solutions can be configured and delivered to best meet customer requirements/business processes, with regardingLead Technical and integration design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timelineLead integration design with automation vendorsConduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to our steady state associatesSustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfactionAssess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmapsRecognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projectsCommunicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancementsWhat we are looking forIndustry and Product Experience:Minimum 5 years of specific experience working within Blue Yoder’s Transport Management Systems either as a customer of Blue Yonder or as a consultant implementing Blue Yonder solutions for customersAdditionally relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as HighJump Manhattan or SAP is a plusCurrent or prior experience working in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center preferredExperience in integrating ERP/Host systems with Blue Yonder’s Transportation  Management SystemsExperience with using / Testing APIsSkills:Strong technical analysis skills, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain requiredAbility to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills requiredEducation:Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferredBachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degreeTravel is expected within the US at 50% - 75%-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $136,000.The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
