Job Requisition ID #25WD89958Position OverviewThe Renewals Executive for Midmarket is responsible for driving, forecasting, and closing large and strategic renewals opportunities by working directly with customers and resellers/partners. This role requires a dedicated and deep focus on a per account basis, so will need to build customer specific engagement plans from a strategic and tactical standpoint by working in collaboration with TASE, CSM & Partners. ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales quotasOpportunity Pipelines and Forecast Management for Midmarket set of accountsProvide deal-specific primary and secondary sales support, i.e., deal creation, development, presentation, negotiation and closureServes as an escalation point for all renewal issues that impact the customer's retention, and it is responsible to drive risk mitigation executionIdentifies customer upsell & expansion opportunities Sales results reporting and analysis by customer segment, region, sales channel, and productCoordinate and execute collaborative channel partner, Midmarket sales and customer sales meetings to increase renewals performanceMinimum Qualifications8+ years sales/renewals experienceProven ability to negotiate $1M+ complex sales/renewals dealsWorking knowledge of SFDCThe Ideal CandidateComplexity: works to resolve complex issues and can exercise sound judgement in solutionNegotiation: Undertake complex negotiations with customer and partnersPlanning: Contributing to building the customer plan and realizing the customer business objectivesFluent languages spoken and written: EnglishLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $95,000 and $137,500. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
