Job Requisition ID #25WD90101Position OverviewManager, Technical Advisory AEC (Consulting), Netherlands We are seeking an accomplished dynamic leader to manage our Netherlands Technical Advisory AEC (Consulting) team. The role is fully remote, based Netherlands. You will report to the Manager Technical Advisory AEC (Consulting), DACH. The Manager, Technical Advisory (Consulting) will have direct involvement in shaping how we deliver services as well as interface with other thought leaders and stakeholders within Autodesk and beyond. The successful candidate is a leader who is equally comfortable articulating the vision of success to our customers while energizing a team of highly skilled professionals who are helping to transform our customer’s business. Responsibilities Directly manage a team of highly capable consultants working in the Netherlands market, while meeting key KPIs Certify our services are delivering value for our customers aligned to their business outcomes Demonstrate excellence in strategic thinking, business process optimization, and engagement planning Manage a portfolio of accounts working collaboratively with other functions to drive bookings (sales function) and customer success (customer success management function) Become a trusted business partner to customers as well as across Autodesk for professional services Manage execution excellence – e.g. proactively manage engagement schedules and staffing plans, prepare, review, and manage deliverables to the customer Develop best in-class consultants through coaching and development / training plans based on current and anticipated demand in skills and individual’s career growth aspirations Ensure that team members perform to the highest level of quality and professionalism Minimum QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar related degree 5+ years of experience in growing a team in a changing environment Translating customers challenges and goals into solutions Knowledge in engineering industry processes, or architecture and construction Advanced experience in either development or promoting BIM workflow processes between architects, engineers, and contractors Travel up to 30% of the time, including international travel #LI-AS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
