Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping solution architecture, influencing design decisions, and ensuring successful delivery across collaborative engagements.In addition to your advisory role, you will lead hands-on configuration of Salesforce and nCino features, leveraging your expertise in declarative automation, data integrity, and DevOps practices. You will support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle—from initial access and data mapping to training, testing, and post-deployment troubleshooting—always with a focus on delivering scalable, user-centric solutions.This is a senior-level role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and strategic collaboration, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Essential Functions:Demonstrates advanced understanding of Salesforce declarative automation and data integrity tools used to configure and extend nCinoArticulates a proposed solution for or against customizationConfigures product features and in the context of the end-user and relative level of effort (LOE)Understands and articulates challenges inherent in environment strategy and promotionRecommends optimal extensions around or to the nCino data model to the teamDemonstrates adept troubleshooting ability using a combination of configuration review, debug logs, and Chrome toolsProposes solutions using Salesforce and nCino UX, and Security mechanisms to achieve requirementsConducts nCino feature quality control and testingProficiently uses complimentary Salesforce toolsExhibits competent understanding of common integrationsDisplays understanding and use of DevOpsPromote cross-team collaboration focused on delivering product configuration for the end-userEncourages continuous learning and is able to define a personalized continuous learning path that assists with career growth.Requirements:Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience/ proficiency with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s / Advanced degree;  or equivalent work experience (as applicable).4+ years Salesforce.com architecture experienceSalesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator CertificationsExperience with the analysis, definition and implementation Solution, Information, Technical, Application Architecture based solutionsKnowledge/Experience of various data encryption methodsPassion to deliver the high quality solution to banking customers with an all-in commitment to what we doDesired:Experience with AutoRabit, Copado, SFXExperience with Smartsheet, JiraExperience with the Loan Origination/Servicing Systems, Enterprise Architecture frameworkPosition may require some travel If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement.
