As part of our ambitious team, you will develop a business around Generative-AI services for Adobe, driving innovation and crafting a flawless user experience. Experience working on AI-based products is highly desirable.Services Roadmap and LaunchEngage with customers to understand workflows and difficulties, defining service requirementsBuild detailed product requirements and specificationsPlan service capacity based on estimated demand and goalsSupport launch phases including Private/Public Beta and GACollaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure efficient product launch initiativesResearch PartnershipStay informed about AI, machine learning, and related industry trendsDevelop relevant evaluation datasets for research models to ensure quality releaseConnect with client product teams to influence individual product roadmapsMaintaining ServicesMonitor and report the cost of the service, adjusting capacity based on traffic and performance targetsTrack critical metrics to measure performance, usage, and uptimeQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a similar area of study (Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred)8-10 years of product management experience, preferably in a large technology companyProven track record of developing SaaS and APIsExperience with video and audio editing products is a plusProficient in AI technologies and their application in product developmentExcellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
