About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our recruiting team. This recruiter will own the end-to-end recruiting process for mid and senior-level roles within our Sales and Marketing organizations. You’ll develop sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience, all while managing multiple high-priority requisitions. As a key strategic partner, you will collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure we hire top talent who will drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for mid and senior positions in Sales and Marketing teams
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a high-quality pipeline of candidates
Conduct 20+ phone screens per week, driving 360 sourcing reachouts per quarter
Lead structured interviews, including designing interview plans and running debriefs
Provide an excellent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance
Record, analyse and present market and compensation insights
Collaborate closely with business leaders, ensuring alignment on role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
Utilize data and analytics to track progress, optimize processes, and inform decision-making
Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by creating diverse interview panels and promoting equitable hiring practices
Manage recruiting efforts autonomously, while following established recruiting processes
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Compensation teams to streamline the recruiting process and offer strategies
Requirements
7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for Sales, Revenue and Marketing roles (SaaS preferred)
Proven experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment , with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong experience working with leaders at all levels , from front-line managers to VPs
Expertise in data-driven recruiting , utilizing analytics to drive talent acquisition strategy
Familiarity with high-volume Revenue Ops orgs, high-performing marketing teams , and product-led growth business models
Experience with Gem and Greenhouse or similar recruiting platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to pivot quickly and manage multiple requisitions
