We are seeking a skilled and strategic Operations Manager to lead all aspects of the tools and processes supporting our Enablement and Education Services infrastructure. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the effective delivery of training and enablement programs for our sales teams, technical specialists, partners, and customers. It also involves managing long-term project ownership while addressing real-time blocking issues. The person in this role will coordinate a high-performing operations team, streamline workflows across platforms, and continuously drive improvements that support business goals.The ideal candidate demonstrates an ability to manage complex operations with an AI-first and automation approach, applying data-driven insights to improve efficiency and scale. They should demonstrate experience in leading complex operational systems with an AI-first approach, data-driven insights, and optimizing processes across multiple platforms.
