New Team Lead - Customer Experience Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Apply What You’ll Need  Good leadership, organization, decision-making Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Manages multiple tasks/priorities effectively Experience in quality management, calibration, and reporting Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office  Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever changing work environment Ability to understand processes end-to-end and identify opportunities to improve team/process efficiency Should be able to present WBR and MBR effectively Ability to develop and adjust strategies in order to meet deadlines  About the Role  We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Lead to oversee day-to-day team operations, drive performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing team workflows, coaching team members, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to meet organizational goals. What You’ll Do  Supervise and guide an [X]-member team to achieve performance targets Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely deliverables Facilitate team meetings, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving Act as first point of escalation, resolving team conflicts Train, mentor, and support professional development Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards Collaborate with management for process improvements and best practices Prepare and present reports on team performance, issues, and recommendations Bonus points if you have  Quality and accuracy of deliverables Employee engagement and retention within the team Process improvement contributions #LI-Onsite #LI-RJ1 About Opendoor Founded in 2014, Opendoor’s mission is to power life’s progress one move at a time.
