You'll collaborate with teams across locations, verticals and training—ensuring our practices reflect the highest standards and serve both customers and stakeholders effectively. What You’ll Do  Serve as Opendoor’s go-to expert for Market Ops Develop, review, and validate technical documents, policies, training materials, and SOPs Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure domain integrity and alignment Lead or support training sessions, workshops, and internal enablement programs Audit real-world operations (e.g., home assessments) and coach teams Identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and drive implementation Monitor regulatory or market changes and adjust Opendoor’s practices accordingly Contribute to knowledge-sharing Bonus points if you have  Quality and accuracy of deliverables Process improvement contributions #LI-Onsite #LI-RJ1 About Opendoor Founded in 2014, Opendoor’s mission is to power life’s progress one move at a time.
