Job Requisition ID #25WD84827Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Information Systems Engineer to join our Collaboration Services team. In this role, you will automate business processes, participate in the technical design of platforms, and manage ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications. Solid technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams are essential. As the Senior Information Systems Engineer, you will oversee the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms at Autodesk. You will work with internal and external partners across various organizations, establishing strong relationships with users to ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions that deliver engaging productivity experiences. This position reports to the Collaboration Services Manager and is remote. ResponsibilitiesMaintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalabilityRecord and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processesEnsure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issuesProduce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior managementWrite technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projectsManage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced servicesInstall, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applicationsMaintain automation scripts and enhance functionalityFollow industry best practices and quality assurance standardsPerform maintenance or upgrades with minimal business impact, including on-call duty Analyze systems and participate in design and engineering projectsConfigure prototypes, deliver products, and manage solution implementation and vendor performanceEngage in team activities to support Service and Project Managers Minimum Qualifications5-7+ years of technology support experience5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration ToolsAble to foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situationsAble to decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutionsExtensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks4+yrs experience in building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomesSuccessful track record in working on multi-functional team projectsKnowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation supportExtensive experience using to build and deploy services using: Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform #LI-RV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
