The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role:Lead the development and implementation of robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies and architecturesEnsure compliance with security policies, regulations, and operational needsOptimize access management processes across the organizationWhat You'll Do:Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive IAM programs, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management (AM)Integrate IAM systems with cloud and on-premises applications, directories, and other IT servicesDevelop and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies and least-privilege/zero-trust access principlesImplement and maintain automated provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management processesManage systems for Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and password managementLead IAM-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Technology, DevOps, Security)Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team membersStreamline IAM processes through automation and advanced technologiesEnforce IAM policies, standards, and controls to address related threats and vulnerabilitiesCollaborate with senior leadership to evaluate and recommend IAM best practices for enterprise security strategiesStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancementsCollaborate with internal teams to assess and optimize IAM-related workflows and processesWork directly with vendors to identify and implement improvementsServe as a technical solution architect for IAM solutions, designing practical and effective solutionsDrive initiatives to increase the reliability and efficiency of IAM operationsProvide thought leadership and best practices for IAM implementationsFacilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions on IAM utilizationIdentify opportunities to simplify architecture and workflows to enhance user experience and enable rapid innovation in workforce IAMWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field3+ years of experience in IAM or related IT security rolesStrong expertise in IAM concepts, RBAC, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)Hands-on experience with leading IGA platformsProficiency in development tools and scripting languages (Java, SQL)Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)Advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, and IT controlsAbility to identify and evaluate complex business and technology risksExperience with access certification, role management, and segregation of duties (SoD) controlsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with a collaborative mindsetRelevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CGEIT) preferredBonus Points:Experience with cloud-based identity solutions and integrationsKnowledge of additional scripting languages (e.g., Java, PowerShell, Python, Go) for automationFamiliarity with SIEM tools and security analyticsUnderstanding of privileged access management (PAM) concepts and toolsExperience in executing advanced services and supervising staff in delivering basic servicesWork Location : Remote, IndiaShift Timings : 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST#LI-SA2#LI-RemoteBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike: Remote-friendly and flexible work cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsComprehensive physical and mental wellness programsCompetitive vacation and holidays for rechargePaid parental and adoption leavesProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or roleEmployee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connectionsVibrant office culture with world class amenitiesGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globe CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
