What You’ll Do: Implement all phases of the development cycle for a software product from understanding requirements, to going through the design, development and deployment phases Work with geographically distributed teams Implement quality code and optimize existing solutions, leveraging AI to drive scale and innovation in solving complex engineering challenges Engage with Product Management, architects and other technical peers to ensure we are delivering the right solutions and features Design and develop platform capabilities within distributed and cloud architectures Take ownership and lead the development of a module or a feature Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Extensive hands-on experience in Golang Deep expertise in Kubernetes development Creativity and experience in leveraging AI tools and technologies to create innovative solutions and scale workSelf-motivated and willing to delve into new areas and take on new challenges in a proactive manner Experience delivering software with agile and lean software development Experience in development using open-source and modern cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure etc. BIG-IP administration and troubleshooting knowledge will be a big plus Required experience with RESTful API development using Django REST Framework or similar technologies Experience with configuration management and deployment automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, etc. Very good networking knowledge: TCP/IP, HTTPS, VLANs, DNS, load balancing and firewalling, etc. Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitLab, JFrog Artifactory Working knowledge of Linux OS and Virtualization techniques/tools Qualifications 8+ years of professional development experience BS/BA or MS in Computer Science/related field or equivalent work experience #LI-SS5 The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
