Define and develop best-in-class checkout experiences on eBay and products that impact millions of users. Conduct multiple successful A/B tests to make enhancements and test hypothesis for the launch. Identify user problems, design product solutions and work with design, engineering, business, legal, partner product teams to implement them. Track critical metrics and analyze success of products and/or product enhancements. Understand and synthesize customer needs from market research, customer feedback and data analysis. Manage communications and expectations with internal partners on product launches. Monitor project deliverables and optimize and introduce new forms of payment for buyers on eBay checkout page. Partial telecommuting permitted from a commutable distance.What you will bring:Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Technology Management, Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.Special Skill Requirements:1.
