We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a small team of Program Managers who develop, manage, and optimize Talent programs to deliver innovative learning and development opportunities, including onboarding, targeted upskilling, design thinking, and human-centered design (HCD) skills for Autodesk’s global employees. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Talent Programs, you will work across the Talent portfolio, partnering with Talent and PPL Leaders, Program Managers, Learning and Development experts, Instructional Designers, Learning Operations and Insights, and the PPL GTM team.Position OverviewYou will help grow a Talent Portfolio of ongoing and evolving learning programs, advising on employee experience best practices, program evolution and innovation, and strategic outcomes measurement, while managing team resourcing and process management. You will also develop and manage tools and resources to optimize program management. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and Talent Management and Program Management expertise to guide the development and deployment of impactful experiences that educate and engage all Autodeskers. Working knowledge of design thinking, HCD, adult learning principles and instructional design processes is a plus.ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage Talent programs to enhance Learning and Development opportunities across the Employee Experience Lifecycle and for target audience segmentsDrive and champion cross-program integration to deliver more seamless and robust programs for employees, including assessing, defining and implementing connection points in the employee experience as well as Talent processes and ongoing program managementDevelop and manage competency programs and certification requirements for Design Thinking, HCD and Onboarding program facilitation, working with program managers to build and manage a skilled bench of learning and development and HCD program delivery expertsDefine, monitor and analyze the performance of Talent programs, developing roadmaps, strategic objectives, and program-level OKRs and KPIsDevelop program governance, project management tools, and contribute to ongoing reporting and insights delivery for learning and development programs, in partnership with Program Management, Learning Operations and Insights, and leaders within the Talent orgCommunicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies; escalate and solicit leadership involvement as requiredCreate playbooks, program status and insights reports, leadership updates, and contribute to PPL and Talent QBRsManage a team of 3-5 Talent Program Managers, guiding them on program features enhancements, program management best practices, career development, and performanceWork cross-functionally within PPL to influence and connect program goals and processes, and to improve program delivery, drive decision-making, and gain leadership alignmentMinimum Qualifications5+ years’ experience in a combination of Program Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Change Management, or HR Program DeliveryExperience managing a team of direct reports, with a strong passion for supporting and developing talentExpertise in program management, project management, change management, and team collaboration skillsExcellent verbal communication and executive presentation skills, including experience facilitating learning and design sessions both remotely and in-personStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsPositive and collaborative with a focus on building effective relationships and influencing through partnershipsStrategic thinker, ability to drive to clarity in ambiguous circumstances.Passion for high quality in the finished productExperimentation mindset: willing to accept feedback and iterate to improve processes or productsAbility to understand the business environment and objectives and develop solutions accordinglyPreferred QualificationsExpert-level facilitation skills for a global enterprise organizationExperience designing and facilitating successful human-centered design projects and/or workshopsFamiliarity with LUMA Institute, MURAL or MIRO, and other design thinking and HCD industry standardsCurriculum design experienceKnowledge of emerging trends and technologies within the learning industryWorking knowledge of LMS and LXP systems to deliver enterprise-wide learning solutions#LI-MB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
