As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage the execution and completion of Consulting Services for our largest customers, from start to end. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet Customer expectations. You oversee the work of the Project Delivery Team, consisting of one or multiple consultants, during project execution.You will report into a Manager of the Project Management team as an individual contributorYou will be based in commutable distance to our office Krakow, Poland or in GermanyYou will enjoy flexibility with a hybrid workplace arrangementResponsibilitiesOversee consulting customer projects, implementing Autodesk Solutions and TechnologiesCollaborate with Customers and Customer Success Managers to align Customer Success Plans with evolving customer needsTranslate project vision into clear goals for the delivery teamCoordinate project scoping activities with customers, inter-departmental teams, and account teamsDevelop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and controls using standard Project Management software and toolsMonitor project progress to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters and manage project risksManage external resources (contractors), oversee contracting, delivery and invoicingForecast project revenue and contractor service feesParticipate in account team meetings and customer business reviewsMinimum QualificationsBring up to 5-10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/Consulting within the IT or AEC/MFG industryHave experience in customer-facing roles and enjoy building customer relationshipsHave working proficiency in English and GermanHave a structured and organized approach, set yourself clear goals and deliverValue processes and complianceAre comfortable managing several projects in parallelAppreciate an environment with frequent change and noveltyHave a clear interest in Project Management and a commitment to continuous development within the field.Demonstrate team management skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindsetPrefered QualificationsPMP or other project management certifications recommendedSAFe, Scrum or other agile certification is a plus#LI-IS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
