Job Requisition ID #25WD89919Position OverviewTechnical Solutions Executives (TSEs) are integral to the success of Autodesk's Emerging Business for Construction. Coming from the AECO industry or having worked in the AECO tech industry, you'll utilise your experience to solve everyday customer challenges, engineering value for them to achieve desired outcomes and solutions, whilst ensuring we're helping "move the needle" as we continue to grow the business. You'll be part of a larger, in-demand and fun-loving Pre-Sales team focused on positioning and utilising the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform to engineer solutions. You'll report into the Technical Solutions Manager, EMEA.Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborative WorkingPartner with Account Executives (AEs) to support customers with addressing their requirements, whilst focused on closing business to meet/exceed targets and expectationsLiaise and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Channel and R&D to ensure an overall great customer experience, engineering of the best possible solutions and aiming for success for all parties involvedInfluence Product Roadmap through demonstrating business impact and working closely with relevant parties to prioritise requirementsParticipates in strategic speaking engagements at internal/external events, working in collaboration with Marketing, Channel and EnablementParticipate in mentorship/onboarding/enablement of new hires and overall up-skilling of team in areas of expertiseValue & Solution EngineeringDiscover customer business and technical processes/workflows/requirements to build "trusted advisor" relationship in supporting customers in their digital transformation journeyManage the entire technical evaluation process, from qualification through to post-sales handover, such as value-focused demos, pilots, RFP submissions, roadmap presentations and customer outcome proposalsDocument customer engagements in Salesforce, such as quantifiable pain identified in before scenarios, technical decision criteria, metrics, risk and morePersonal & Results LeadershipMaintain comprehensive industry and Autodesk product knowledge, technology trends, to provide insight and guidance required to position the value of ACCShare with team any best practices, competitive information, innovation, success stories and lessons learntEstablish/maintain industry leadership through comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of the technologies of their domain, and insight into the industry practices, business processes, applications, and solutions the domain impacts and is impacted upon by the global technology marketplaceLeverage social media networks and tools to build personal and Autodesk brand to establish credibility and promote solutionsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in the AECO industry and/or AECO technology industryGood understanding of Autodesk’s design and construction softwareGeneral understanding of SaaS technology and software sales and Pre-SalesExperience leading/managing successful projects/initiativesMotivated, prompt, organised, advanced soft skillsOverall genuine person and team player who's forward-thinking and passionate about moving the industry forwardHybrid role with expectations of travel as requiredFluent in English and Arabic#LI-IS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
