Job Requisition ID #25WD89577Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade business solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in low-code application development, workflow automation, and dashboarding to enhance business productivity and process efficiency.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, India, reporting directly to the Development Manager – Power Platform.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement Power Apps (both canvas, model-driven & power pages) to fulfill business needsAutomate the business processes using Power Automate to boost productivityBuild basic dashboards and reports using Power BIDevelop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance workflows and automate processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsIntegrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 tools (such as SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL) and third-party systemsTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize Power Platform applications to ensure high performance and reliabilityProvide ongoing support and enhancements by maintaining and updating existing applicationsAdhere to best practices for security, governance, and compliance within Power Platform solutionsEngage in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve technical skills and expertise in Power Platform technologiesMinimum QualificationsStrong experience with Power Apps (canvas apps, model-driven apps, and power pages) developmentProficient in using Power Automate for workflow automationExperience working with Microsoft Dataverse and data modelingSkilled in Microsoft Copilot Studio for build AI powered solutionsKnowledge in Power Automate Desktop for Robotics process automationKnowledge in Power BI for developing dashboards, reports, and data analyticsAbility to work with API integrations and connectors within the Power Platform ecosystemExperience in implementing the Application Life cycle Management/Power Pipeline for automated deploymentsGood understanding of business processes and how to automate them efficientlyAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independentlyGood in logical and exception handling skillsGood problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience in using SQL queriesEffective communication skills to engage with stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutionsKnowledge in power platform administration Governance and CompliancePreferred QualificationsMicrosoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-400) are a plusExperience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions) are a plusKnowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or other relevant programming languages for customizationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience#LI-KS2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
