This role is critical in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives by leveraging global campaigns, ensuring seamless lead progression throughout the pipeline.You will be responsible for analysing account behaviour, supporting sales outbound activities, and executing bespoke events to engage high-priority accounts and accelerate deal velocity. The role requires a strategic mindset, a data-oriented approach, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.This role is pivotal in driving pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue growth by aligning marketing efforts with sales teams to engage high-priority accounts and convert opportunities into customers.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & CollaborationPartner with the field sales team to develop territory-level and account-level marketing plans that achieve pipeline generation, acceleration goals, and new bookingsWork closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and metricsCoordinate with demand generation teams to ensure seamless integration between broader campaigns and ABM effortsEvent Planning & ExecutionPlan, execute, and optimize field marketing events (e.g., roundtables, roadshows, and account-specific activities) to influence prospects and deepen account engagementProvide onsite support and execution of partner marketing activities in PhilippinesLead Management & Sales EnablementImplement a structured follow-up process for all generated leads, including calling, sales emails, strategic follow-up, and appointment setting for the sales teamProvide communication and support for the effective launch of marketing programs to the field sales teamData Analysis & InsightsConduct marketing and database analysis on account bases to develop an understanding of engagement, intent, and behaviour of accounts to support sales drivesTrack metrics such as pipeline influenced, deal velocity, and revenue contribution, adjusting strategies based on data insightsMeasure and analyse the results of field marketing to refine programs for optimal ROIBudget & Vendor ManagementManage marketing budgets effectively to deliver maximum ROIConduct regular reporting to key stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvementQualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
