(https://www.onenetwork.com/) Overview:One Network is looking for a Program Management Analyst to join One Network’s Program Management, Professional Services functions within its Defense Solutions Organization to support the operations of its customer programs from proposal / customer acquisition through delivery and to deployment of contracted software solutions. The role will be working with Program Managers, Business Development, Finance, Contracts / Legal and Business leadership. Essential duties include maintaining and reporting, both internal & external, budgets, forecasts, program health & financial metrics and preparing analytical based reporting and briefs across multiple programs. While this is primarily an internal role, from time to time, there will be a need to interface with One Network customers and subcontractors and therefore the role requires good customer facing and strong customer relationship skills while acting as a liaison between multiple parties and focused teams within One Network and the customer organization.The Program Management Analyst will participate in all phases of Program Management Operations from sales pipeline reporting, development of estimating / pricing and proposal artifacts, customer acquisition / onboarding, including setup of Program for Contract Management, Contract & Financial Brief preparation & maintenance, Contract Reporting, Contract Performance, Program Execution Monitoring and utilizing Program Analytics (customer, resources, financial and schedule) to determine the health of and direction of each Program while identifying program based risks for escalation.Salary Range: $79,615- $100,385 USDReports to: One Network Defense Program Management Office, Professional ServicesWhat you'll do:Gather data, prepare reports / analyze / identify trends, provide recommendations to improve operations / process optimization to support informed decision making across the organizationPrepare Sales Operations Reports to provide parent company with sanitized view of pipeline activity across the Defense OrganizationSupport, and ultimately lead, the development and approval of pricing and related proposal artifacts, including working closely with Finance on approval processes and rate determinations.Assisting and supporting the Program Managers in their daily duties with tracking contractual requirements and financial performance for Defense ProgramsAbility to create and maintain various financial and contractual supporting documentation & presentation visuals for each programCollaborate with all internal functions of the Business Unit e.g. Sales, Accounting, Time Recording, Legal, Marketing etc.Support budgetary objectives working with the Program Manager and various team members for reviewing and verifying project cost code account charges within One Network’s time tracking systemDocument all project related reporting processes to ensure consistency of reporting across all customer programsLiaise with One Network accounting functions for invoicing and payment processingEnsure that relevant management information is captured and analyzedTrack, analyze, and communicate program risks and opportunitiesWhat we're looking for:Must be a Citizen of The United States of AmericaMust be able to obtain and / or be willing to undergo security clearance processing or demonstrate existing clearance if / as necessaryThree plus years of experience of Project Management job responsibilities, ideally working with Government Defense related projects and in an Enterprise Software Application / Product based organization or services based company environmentDemonstrable effective and excellent analytical problem solving skillsUnderstanding of project financial metrics and reporting requirementsStrong Program fundamentals including contract management, time & material based invoicing, resource allocation & reporting, analytical reporting, data driven decision makingExcellent communication (oral, written and presentation) and interpersonal skillsAbility to support presentation and documentation of project status, proposals for business growth and other presentations germane to projects and business objectivesStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsGeneral understanding of program / customer acquisition and contracting process(es), including development of estimating and pricing artifacts, ideally in a Federal, Government or Defense / DoD Agencies settingFamiliarity with Subcontractor contracts, their resources and providing financial analysis of them, determine funding strategies and writing SOW modificationsBachelor degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field - Business Studies, Finance, Analytics, Project Management with financial / contractual management concentrationExperienced user of Microsoft Office Products particularly ExcelWorking knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plusFunctional knowledge of supply chain processes is a plus -------------------------------------------The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
