Job Requisition ID #25WD89563Position Overview Autodesk is seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Business Partner (FBP) to support our Emerging Business Customer Success organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is excited to support a diverse portfolio of acquired businesses with varying systems and processes. You will play a key role in driving financial insights, enabling scalable operations, and partnering with business leaders to support sustainable growth. In this capacity you will serve as a trusted financial advisor, guiding and providing insights on investments, portfolio analysis and technology decision support, while adhering to your fiduciary duties as a member of the finance organization. ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to Customer Success leadership teams, providing insights on investment strategies, resource allocation, and financial impactLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of acquired and integrating businessesBuild and maintain dynamic capacity and headcount models to support operational and strategic planningDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide transparency into business performance and KPIs; analyzing and articulating the financial impact of investments and driving maximized ROI Support integration efforts of newly acquired businesses by aligning financial processes and reporting standardsDrive ad-hoc financial analyses and models to inform and support recommendations and business cases Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar roleProficiency in SQL, with experience in Snowflake or similar data platformsExpertise in Power BI or other business intelligence toolsExperience working with multiple CRM and ERP systemsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various stakeholdersLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
