Job Requisition ID #25WD89204Position OverviewAs a Client Services Specialist, you will be a critical part of Autodesk's support, ensuring our customers' requests are actioned with care, and understanding. You will ensure that customer and partner problems are analyzed and resolved with the goal of creating an exceptional experience in an environment of shared team knowledge. We ask that you be comfortable and proficient in Windows computers and Microsoft Office products. You will report to the Client Services Manager.Location: You must be located in San Francisco Bay area. This is a remote position. ResponsibilitiesEnsure Autodesk customers have immediate access to all software products purchased which may include troubleshooting Autodesk back-office systems or using third-party tools to view customer's machine to determine cause of access issuesYou will communicate with customers/partners across multiple modalities, including phone, chat, and email (web and Outlook)You will respond to support needs; including order processing and inquiries related to presales, product access, account sign-in, license fulfillment and moreProvide information on Autodesk Account features and capabilities; conduct "how to" sessions with customers and partnersEducate customers/partners on resources available to self-serveCreate content in shared knowledge base for use by all internal Autodesk support resources, customers and partnersCommunicate and work with sales teams to address customer related issues and order questions. Work with sales for eStore sales campaigns and quarter-end activities such as order entry cut-off datesYou will collaborate as a team player and provide feedback to colleaguesIdentify ideas for process improvements, system enhancements or automation to reduce efforts for customers and internal co-workersYou will work varying shifts and overtime to meet business demandsMinimum QualificationsMust be fluent in English and either Portuguese, Spanish, or FrenchYou will identify trends and propose solutionsComfortable working with technology such as PCs and core programs, and able to learn new platforms and tools in a Windows environmentCreative and Innovative, applies understanding of processes towards addressing new problems or improving existing processesResearch and investigation skills - ability to find and use information from different sourcesLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $48,300 and $78,100. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
