You will be charged with developing operational objectives, participating with other managers/teams in crafting and supporting strategic plans for the eastern region. Moreover, implement various programs to reduce risk and build exceptional employee experiences. Responsibilities include reviewing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and protection of personnel, assets, and facilities. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of security risk management, emergency response, incident management, and coordination with local law enforcement and emergency services. The manager must proactively assess and respond to potential threats.The role will model Adobe Values, exercising duties with discretion, nuance, and maturity. This position is based at Adobe’s Times Square office in New York City, NY, and reports to the Regional Director, Safety & Security - Americas.What you’ll doCollaborate with the Regional Director of Safety and Security to set objectives and lead security operations at regional sitesBuild relationships with executives, site leaders, and cross-functional teams to influence compliance and improve security programsAct as liaison between security and local teams to align on site and security objectivesConduct security and safety audits at regional locations and address vulnerabilitiesPerform Security and Health & Safety Assessments and implement corrective actions.Manage the budget, security vendors, and approve invoices and expensesInvestigate policy violations, misconduct, and criminal activityLead and implement incident management programs and support business continuity during emergenciesPartner with facilities and teams to support employee programs and servicesCoordinate safety committees, prepare reports, and supervise mitigation activities.Respond to and report incidents such as theft, alarms, and injuriesLead new employee orientation and assist with ergonomics and EH&S programsArrange emergency response and safety training programsProvide security support for office projects and vendor coordination.Ensure alignment with corporate policies and department guidelinesBuild relationships with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency teamsDevelop and conduct employee safety and security training programsOversee a safe and secure environment at corporate eventsWhat you need to succeedExperience making life safety decisions, with corporate investigative experience and a background in law enforcement or related government roles preferredBachelor’s degree required, with at least 10 years of related work experience, including 5 years in corporate security managementAbility to evaluate risks, influence leadership, and build solutions, think creativelyStrong customer service focus with a strive to build programs that improve brand reputation and employee experienceProven track record to manage security teams, vendors, and contractors, with expertise in security systems, incident response, and risk managementExcellent interpersonal skills, able to engage to communicate effectively with senior leadership, site managers, and external partnersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of leading emerging security challengesFamiliarity with security technologies, including surveillance, access control, and alarm systemsIncident or crisis management experience, including coordinating with emergency services and law enforcementAbility to respond to and handle security incidents, including site and risk assessmentsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,100 -- $245,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
