Are you a creative and self-derived engineer who is up for the challenge?What you will be doing:Work with Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams to develop the most robust test solution for mass productionFull responsibility for electrical specification, schematic design, components selection and layout considerations for our testing platformsDeveloping test plans and coverage for future / current productsWork with process groups to improve or resolve test/yield/quality issues after releaseHW lab debugWhat we need to see:B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering5+ years of experience with Digital circuits, Power and High-speed designGood understanding of product/test HW/Test software/Mechanical integrationStrong statistical and data analysis background (JMP or other tools)Strong Scripting abilities and hands on Python experience.Expert problem solving, multi-tasking and prioritization abilityAbility to drive projects to full executionStrong presentation and interpersonal skillsSelf-Learner and a great teammateWays to stand out from the crowd:Background with electro optical devices (Lasers and Detectors).Familiarity with high speed fiber optics products, power circuits and filters designExperience with IC Lab measurements using source meter, Scope, spectrum analyzer, optical power meter etc.Knowledgeable in DFT/DFM/DOE techniques.Experience in electro optical assembly lines.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
