The candidate should be a self-starter, excellent communicator, and enjoy collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in an ambitious fast-paced environment.Please apply with an English version of your CVJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Compile and analyze information to prepare journal entries in compliance with GAAPPerform month-end ledger account reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances in ledger accountsActively involved in the financial close process - fixed assets, preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analyses and reportingPartner closely with various business units such as Purchasing team and Facilities team to review, analyze, and develop processes to support fixed assets accountingProcess operational transactions for business accruals, bank reconciliation, prepaid expenses, and leasesCollaborate with various departments, including Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, Accounts Payable teams, and business partners for proper recording of transactionsSupport SOX compliance efforts and assist in improvement of control proceduresAssist with audits, including preparing work papers for the auditors and analyzing data. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and complianceDrive process improvement, build efficiencies, and innovateWork to form positive relationships with internal customers and external vendorsActive participant in delivering on accounting and organization goalsAbout YouBasic Qualifications3 - 5 years of relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting / FinanceBilingual in Spanish and EnglishOther QualificationsPublic accounting, software and/or SaaS industry preferredExperience using large ERP systemStrong knowledge of US GAAPExperience with tight deadlines and timeliness for work performedHigh attention to details and accuracy, excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitaskCollaborative teammate to work with cross-functional teamsEagerness to learn and tackle challenges in a rapidly growing and dynamic environmentExcellent and professional written and verbal communication skillsStrong Excel skills, IE - can execute formulas and pivot tablesDetailed and analytical person who thrives in solving problemsOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
